Apricot’s Home products are exclusively available on The Wintr Markt, the Apricot’s Home website, Amazon, and Etsy.

Are Apricot’s Home products available at wholesale?

No. Apricot’s Home products are not available at wholesale and may not be authorized for resale

Are Apricot’s Home products sold on The Wintr Markt available for non-profits, teams, and events?

Yes. We have limited capacity for fulfilling custom orders and are happy to review your request. Please send an email to thewintrmarkt@gmail.com with details on what you're looking for, desired customization, and your timeline.

Do you sell any brands other than Apricot’s Home?

The Wintr Markt only sells Apricot’s Home branded merchandise.

Are Apricot’s Home products machine washable?

Please follow the care instructions on the label. Harsh detergents, hot water, and dryer heat may affect the longevity or appearance of your purchase.

Can Apricot’s Home products be dry cleaned?

Apricot’s Home products are not specifically designed for dry cleaning. You should consult your local dry cleaner and defer to their expertise on whether or not they are able to dry clean your products.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Orders will typically be shipped with USPS Priority Mail within 1 to 2 business days from purchase, pending credit card authorization and availability of goods. All orders shipped with USPS Priority Mail to be delivered in 1 to 3 business days anywhere in the USA.

Returns accepted in new and unused condition with all tags attached, accompanied by the patch kit in its original packaging. Returns must be packaged with the enclosed return label and postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

Help! My puppy removed one of the labels from their dog toy.

It is completely normal for some dogs to remove labels from their dog toys. This should not harm the dog toy or your dog. Please remember to play responsibly and do not allow your dog to ingest anything. If you have questions about your dog’s chewing habits or allergies, you should consult your dog's veterinarian.

Help! I’m trying to check out but don’t see any shipping options.

Apricot’s Home toys cannot be shipped to Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Massachusetts. If you are trying to ship to one of these states, please remove the toys from your basket and try to check out again.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
