Any use of The Wintr Markt is subject to these Terms & Conditions, including, use of website content, subscription to email newsletters, and purchase of goods. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

Purchase of goods

Purchase of goods from The Wintr Markt is only available in the United States. By purchasing any goods from The Wintr Markt, you warrant that the goods are intended for responsible use in the United States, will not be resold or copied, and that you are acting legally.

Toys are not currently available for purchase in Massachusetts, Ohio, or Pennsylvania.

There may be quantity limits per order on some goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Free shipping and returns

Our ability to offer free shipping and returns depends on our customers acting in good faith.

Orders will typically be shipped with USPS Priority Mail within 1 to 2 business days from purchase, pending credit card authorization and availability of goods. USPS Priority Mail delivers anywhere in the United States in 1 to 3 business days.

Unused goods will be accepted within 30 days of delivery to customer with all tags attached. Returns must be packaged with the return label provided in your shipment in order to ensure they will be processed.

Product care and safety

All candles are safely formulated using materials that meet Prop 65 standards of non-toxicity.

All dog products are manufactured with normal puppy wear and tear in mind.

Dogs should always be supervised and play responsibly. If you have questions about your dog's chewing habits, allergies, or the safety of specific materials, please contact your dog's veterinarian. Product descriptions are not a substitute for veterinary advice and may not be specific to your dog.

If you are not sure whether your washing machine can wash one of our products, we recommend taking it to a professional cleaner. All Apricot's Home soft goods can be cleaned and repaired by a professional cleaner or tailor.

All content, photographs, and designs are protected by United States intellectual property law. This includes all website content, all email newsletters, all goods sold under the Apricot's Home brand, and content on related social media accounts. Apricot's Home is a registered trademark and may not be used for business in the United States by any other entity.
